At Renvox Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our priority.
This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used dietary supplements

  • Perishable goods (including protein products)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personal care items

Important: Once a supplement package has been opened, it is considered non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within a few business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank

If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us before sending the item back

  • Provide order details and photos if requested

  • Do not return the item without confirmation

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
